We are seeking a passionate and innovative Computing Teacher to join our Primary Years Programme (PYP) team. The ideal candidate will foster students’ curiosity and confidence in digital learning through engaging, inquiry-based instruction that aligns with the IB PYP framework.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver age-appropriate computing lessons for students aged 5–11, integrating digital literacy, coding, and responsible technology use.

Use the IB PYP transdisciplinary approach to connect computing with units of inquiry.

Promote digital citizenship and online safety across the primary school.

Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate technology meaningfully into learning experiences.

Support students in developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity through digital tools.

Contribute to school-wide technology initiatives and support staff development where appropriate.

Assess, document, and report on student progress using IB-aligned practices.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field (Teaching qualification required).

Experience teaching in a primary/elementary school setting.

Familiarity with or experience in the IB PYP is highly desirable.

Strong ICT skills and a passion for integrating technology into education.
