Tips to get your child prepared for the school year

Getting back to school sleep schedules. Early to sleep, early to wake up.
Establish clear routines for bedtime, for doing homework, studying time, playing time. Write it and rehearse it with your kids.
Talk to your kid about the expected behavior with his friends and with his teachers
Limit screen time.

Encourage independence; Teach your kids to prepare their school bag and their lunch box. If your child is old enough, ask him to make some age-appropriate chores. It will help him to gain confidence and independence.
Establish healthy habits. Teach them tips about healthy snacks and lunch. Allow them to practice some physical exercises and enjoyable sports regularly.
