Position Summary

The Programme Operations and Student Experience Coordinator supports the effective implementation of the school’s academic and co-curricular programmes through operational planning, logistics management, student supervision coordination, and collaboration with academic leaders. The role ensures that student activities, educational visits, transportation arrangements, and supervision systems are organized, safe, and aligned with the school’s mission and IB philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in educational administration, operations, event coordination, or student affairs.
• International school and/or IB experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistics and implementation of school trips, educational visits, events, and student activities.
• Manage transportation arrangements, schedules, agreements, and communication with external providers.
• Coordinate with PYP and MYP Coordinators, Academic Heads, ATL Coordinators, and Service as Action Coordinators to support programme initiatives and student experiences.
• Monitor contracts, invoices, payments, and documentation related to external organizations and service providers.
• Develop and oversee playground safety procedures, supervision expectations, and student wellbeing protocols.
• Coordinate staff supervision schedules, including PE teacher supervision duties, and ensure adequate student supervision throughout the school day.
• Support compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety requirements for all student activities and events.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, reports, and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, student safety, and the overall student experience.
