We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Brand & Media Executive to join our K-12 school’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the school’s digital content, including social media graphics, video content, newsletters, and presentation materials. This role is essential in enhancing the school’s brand, promoting events, and engaging the school community across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging graphics and layouts for social media posts, announcements, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the school photographer to select and edit photos for use in content.
- Plan, design, and produce newsletters (digital and print-ready formats).
- Create and update presentation templates for school orientations, events, and internal use.
- Produce and edit short videos and reels for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, including event highlights and promotional stories.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all communication channels.
- Coordinate content calendars to ensure timely delivery and posting of materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and current content trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
- Experience in managing WordPress sites is a plus
